Our Mission Statement - by Strictly Theatre Co.

Our mission at Strictly Theatre Co. is to provide the best quality dance productions throughout the UK & Ireland. Working with the best choreographers, directors and lighting designers in the industry, to create amazing productions and to entertain the audiences who buy tickets for our theatre shows.
We pride ourselves on working with many world class Ballroom and Latin dancers, as well as giving opportunities to young and upcoming technicians and touring crew, helping them to gain the experience to thrive in the world of theatre.

We work with the two biggest theatre operators in the UK (ATG and HQ theatres), as well as independent theatres of all sizes, in the cities and towns of the UK and Ireland.
​
We may have only been going since 2015, but in that time we have brought over 1000 performances to over half a million audience members, whilst giving over 5,000 days of employment every year.

We pride ourselves on passion, we LOVE what we do, and we LOVE that you LOVE what we do too!
Meet the team...
Paul Irving LAM(gold), HND... Managing Director
Paul has been associated with theatre for over 20 years and even at the young age of 16 he was producing and selling out shows to audiences in Great Yarmouth, Gorleston and Lowestoft.
With a passion and love for theatre, Paul's ambition is to run a company that not only entertains, but also gives opportunities to the next generation of performers and technicians, providing them the experience to work on professional productions at the highest level in amazing venues.

Elizabeth Irving BA(hons)... Operations Director & Marketing
Lizzie, who is originally from London, has always had a love for music and theatre. She is the perfectionist of the business with an eye for detail and also for creative writing. An experienced photographer and competent design editor, she is also the marketing and publicity director for Strictly Theatre Co. and deals with all of the national and local press, radio and TV stations, as well as leading the company's marketing campaigns, working closely with all of the venues.

Gary Alce... Company Tour Manager
Gary's former credits include Technical Manager at St George's Theatre in Great Yarmouth.
Gary has toured with Strictly Theatre Co. since the beginning and has recently been appointed Tour Manager.

Sharon Hill... Warehouse Manager

Sharon brings the word FAMILY to any tour she works on. A true professional with strong roots and who has become a big fan of Ballroom dancing since joining the company.
