Started in 2022 by Paul Irving (of Strictly Theatre Co) after noting the amount of people auditioning for his shows from a privileged background.

Paul himself was born and raised in a council estate in Great Yarmouth, from a family with little money, knows the struggles for youth with families without money spare to fund stage school or arts training.

So Paul decided to start a community interest company (not for profit) to raise funds to put talented youth through stage school and arts training.
